** Part‑time - may include evenings, overnights, and/or weekend shifts. Regular set schedule includes every other Sunday from 1PM-10PM CST.

** Active IL pharmacist license required; must be willing to obtain other state licenses (IN, KS, MO, IA).

** About the Role*
* Join our telepharmacy team as a Remote Staff Pharmacist, supporting multiple hospitals across several states. You'll leverage technology and clinical expertise to verify medication orders, support care teams, and ensure safe, high‑quality patient care from a fully remote environment.

** What You'll Do*
* Telepharmacy Services

+ Complete remote order entry, order verification, and drug verification.

+ Provide patient counseling when needed.

+ Navigate multiple pharmacy information systems (PIS).

Clinical Support

+ Provide drug information and therapeutic guidance to providers.

+ Assess medication appropriateness, dosing (including renal/hepatic adjustments), interactions, and compatibilities.

+ Support specialized populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, pregnant/nursing patients, HIV, and those with renal/hepatic impairment.

+ Maintain knowledge of IV therapies, TPN, cardiac/narcotic drips, IV antibiotics, chemotherapy, and more.

Operational Excellence

+ Document interventions and clinical actions accurately and promptly.

+ Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and patients.

+ Ensure compliance with HIPAA, pharmacy laws, and client policies.

Technical & Professional Skills

+ Work across VPNs, automation systems, and multiple PIS platforms.

+ Use applications such as Google Suite/Microsoft Office and Snagit.

+ Maintain required licenses, credentials, and system access.

Training & Performance

+ Participate in ongoing training (clinical, PIS, and policy updates).

+ Meet productivity and quality standards.

** Qualifications*
* + Bachelors in Pharmacy required;
PharmD preferred

+ At least 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience required

+ Active and in good standing IL state pharmacist license required

+ Must be willing to obtain other state licenses (IN, KS, MO, IA)

+ Strong clinical knowledge and comfort working across multiple systems

+ Ability to work part‑time hours that may include evenings, overnights, and/or weekends

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 54 - 91 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
