Full-Time NSQIP Clinical Data Abstractor (Hourly)

Position: Clinical Data Abstractor
Location: 100% Remote (Hourly Position) Non-Exempt
We are seeking experienced clinical data abstractors to join our growing team. You will be responsible for abstracting and coding patient information from medical records to meet the requirements of various target registries.
What We’re Looking For- Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical data abstraction experience
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Maintain a 98% or higher IRR score
- Previous remote work experience preferred
- Available for a minimum of 60 abstraction hours monthly
- Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
- Hourly rate: $32.00
- 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
- Overtime available as approved by management
- 100% remote
- Laptop provided for Carta abstraction
- Paid Time Off: 2 weeks (80 hours) paid vacation annually
- W2 employee, benefits-eligible
- Health benefits available (details provided during hiring)
- Paid holidays (New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) at regular hourly rate
- Sick leave per state/company policy
