Humana Inc. invites you to join as an E-Referral Specialist, the first point of contact in our referral process, ensuring seamless continuity of care for clients and referral sources.
This part-time role runs 29 hours per week with Tuesday & Wednesday 12:00–5:00 p.m. EST, Thursday & Saturday 8:00–6:00 a.m. EST. Home or hybrid work is supported, and adherence to HIPAA is required. Holidays coverage may be needed.
