Boost Home Healthcare - Northeastern Ohio seeks a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide physician-prescribed physical therapy in patients' homes in Avon, Ohio. You will assess, treat, and help patients regain function while coordinating with the clinical team and supervisor.
The ideal candidate has graduated from an accredited PTA program, holds Ohio licensure, and has at least six months of PTA experience (home health preferred).
