Job Overview

The Clinical Pharmacist will deliver on quality standards, ensuring medication profiles are properly managed, reviewed, and verified, and will support a call‑center environment while building team capabilities.
Responsibilities- Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions.
- Verify hard copy and digital Rx prescriptions.
- Communicate with healthcare professionals, patients, and technicians via phone and email.
- Supervise and execute incoming and outgoing prescription transfers.
- Ensure all legal, privacy and compliance requirements are met.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD).
- License: Active license in state of residence.
- Experience: Experience with pharmacist verification work; clinical judgement; prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa, a plus.
- Skills & Abilities: Ability to work flexible schedule; strong work ethic and collaboration with multiple partners; exceptional standards of customer care; strong attention to detail and high level of organization; problem‑solving ability; ability to multi‑task; excellent communication skills; customer service; self‑starter with little to no supervision; passion to help people.
The position is administrative and requires hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within the assigned territory and may need to work extended hours.
Schedule & LocationFull‑time, average 40 hours per week. Remote position that may require availability outside normal business hours on an ad‑hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as required.
