House of Hearts ABA is seeking a fully remote, bilingual BCBA to lead clinical supervision while driving recruiting across states. You will manage weekly supervision hours (97155/97156) and mentor RBTs and families, while owning end-to-end hiring for BCBAs and RBTs.
This role blends clinical leadership with talent acquisition to scale a fast-growing practice. Ideal candidates are BCBA certified, fluent in English and Spanish, and comfortable working remotely.
