What You'll DoSupport members in their daily lives.
Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, housekeeping, and daily routines.
Encourage independence while promoting dignity, choice, and respect.
Assist members with community activities, appointments, and recreational opportunities.
Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with coworkers and leadership to ensure continuity of care.
Follow all New Horizons Center policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Schedule Requirements This is a Float position that provides staffing support throughout our residential program.
Applicants must:
Be available to work any shift, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and willing to work in any New Horizons residential home based on operational needs.
Work a minimum of three (3) shifts per month to remain an active Float DSP.What We're Looking For We're looking for team members who are:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
Ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications, including an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and agency-required training.
Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred
