Windwatch Behavioral Services, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our Plainview team. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes using ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to support development and daily life.
This part-time, 10-hour/ week role offers hourly pay of $22–$25, training to obtain RBT certification, mileage reimbursement, and growth opportunities in the ABA field; CPR certification is required.
