Job Summary
Patient Account Representative II – Texas Health – Full‑time, day shift (8:00 am–5:00 pm), 40 hrs per week. Remote work is allowed at the manager’s discretion.
Compensation is $21.98 per hour.
Key Responsibilities- Verify skilled nursing patient setup in Point Click Care (PCC) and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare, submit, and track Medicare, Managed Care, Medicaid, and coinsurance claims.
- Enter payment and remittance information with accurate posting of payments.
- Research unpaid or denied claims, notify patients and providers, and pursue collections on unusual and complex accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and internal stakeholders.
Strong technical ability and business acumen, with a focus on billing and accounting processes. Experience in a similar billing or patient account role is preferred.
