Pinnacle Home Care is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide home-based OT services across St. Johns and surrounding areas in Florida. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians to restore function and promote independence.
Ideal candidates are licensed OTs with NBCOT and BLS, at least two years in home health, and ability to travel to patients’ homes with a reliable vehicle. This role offers flexible scheduling and meaningful patient impact.
