Position: Clinical Talk Therapist Resident seeking LICSW or LMHC(Synchronous Tufts) - Remote

Clinical Talk Therapist Resident – LICSW or LMHC (Synchronous Tufts) – Remote

• Eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Overview

The Resident (LCSW or LMHC) is an active member of the Corporation’s clinical team, responsible for delivering world‑class clinical care and supporting participants to achieve improved quality of life and well‑being.

Compensation

Up to $73,700 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full‑time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • 30 completed sessions of direct counseling care per week (productivity standards may vary by customer contract)
  • Concurrent note‑taking during sessions
  • Maintain treatment plans and other required documentation
  • Participate in treatment team meetings with the customer, as applicable
  • Weekly synchronous Health team meeting
  • Attend weekly Clinical Supervision Meeting
  • Advocate for participants in decisions regarding their clinical needs
  • Liaise with Customer Success activities and requests, advocating for customer needs
  • Apply successful models and techniques from other experiences and bodies of evidence to support participants
  • Support development of materials for communication, outreach, and marketing of Synchronous Health services (e.g., conference presentations, networking events, professional organizations)
  • Serve as the first point of contact for participant escalations; report unresolved concerns to the Operations team for escalation
  • Keep abreast of new developments in clinical care, including analog and digital techniques
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Licensed MA LCSW or seeking LMHC (with one year of outpatient clinical experience)
  • Informed on state tele‑health policies
  • Comfortable with technology and conducting sessions via tele‑health
  • Capable of building a therapeutic relationship on a virtual platform
  • Polished, professional virtual presence
  • Ability to identify markers for appropriate level of care to meet patient needs
  • Experience treating a variety of conditions and disorders as part of a comprehensive treatment plan with an interdisciplinary team
  • Proficient in using technologies for administrative and clinical support (e.g., scheduling, notes, chat, web‑based or app‑based interventions)
  • Able to work remotely in a secure, private location (outpatient office or home office acceptable)
  • Access to a smartphone, a laptop, and an internet connection
  • Must pass a background check
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus
