Hiring REMOTE Medical Virtual Assistant - Multiple positions immediately available. We help US businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Medical Virtual Assistant positions we need to immediately hire. Responsibilities:- Manage patient scheduling and confirm appointments.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist with processing medical billing and insurance claims.
- Maintain and update patient records in electronic health systems.
- Prepare and manage medical documentation and reports.
- Experience using EHR/EMR systems such as Epic or Kareo
- Familiarity with medical billing platforms like AdvancedMD
- Experience with telehealth platforms such as Zoom Healthcare
- 1+ years of experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or a related role.
- Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
- High level of motivation and persistence.
- Energetic and upbeat.
- Team player.
- Willing to listen to feedback and improve.
