Location: New York
Advanced Health is seeking a TEMPORARY Grievance System Specialist to support the Member Grievance System remotely. The role processes grievances and appeals from receipt to resolution within required timelines, communicating with members, providers, and staff.
The position is 4–6 months, remote with state residency requirements, and reports to the Chief Compliance & Quality Officer. Prior experience in managed care and Oregon rules is preferred.
