Senior Clinical Research Associate - CNS - Southeast; Remote

As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at Worldwide Clinical Trials, you will be a key member of our Clinical Operations team, ensuring that research activities at participating sites run smoothly from initiation through closeout.

• Identify and engage potential study sites.
• Lead study start‑up activities, including collection of regulatory documents and negotiation of contracts and budgets.
• Train site staff on data collection procedures and safety reporting.
• Conduct site initiation visits (SIVs) and manage ongoing site activities during study maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with informed consent, safety reporting, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate study closeout and site deactivation procedures.
• Provide regular updates and coaching to the Line Manager and Clinical Operations team.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
• Superior organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.

• Minimum 5 years as a Clinical Research Associate.
• 4‑year university degree or a Nursing degree.
• Experience in CNS (central nervous system) studies required; experience in Rare Disease studies preferred.

• Candidate must reside in the Southeast United States.
• Regional travel required.

Annual salary range: $97,000.00 – $ (United States). Salary is determined based on experience, performance, education, and internal equity. Competitive benefits are provided based on location.
