Overview
We're planning for additional growth and seeking a BCBA for our treatment center in Baytown, TX

Qualifications- Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Required: Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
- Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
- Desired Traits: Experience with center-based, early intervention. Effective collaborator. Empathetic team-player.
- Compensation & Incentives
- Base Compensation: $78,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.
- Between $6K - $18K a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
- 20 days PTO and 7 paid holidays.
- Free internal CEUs and university partnerships with tuition discounts.
- Company paid BCBA State Licensure Renewal and 8-Hour Supervision Training.

All BCBAs receive a fully customized virtual orientation at the center hired, along with 6 weeks of ongoing training. - Career advancement opportunities with ongoing training & professional development.
- Ongoing training established clinical practices, and automated clinical tools.
- Centralized home office support for intake, hiring, training, authorizations, billing, and more.
- RBT training provide more interaction and collaboration; including a RBT Buddy that will check in with new hires and support them through training.
