Datavant is seeking an experienced outpatient coder to review medical records, assign accurate ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT codes, and ensure correct APC and discharge dispositions. You will abstract data for reporting and maintain high accuracy, while collaborating with clinical and hospital staff to address documentation gaps.
The role requires AHIMA or AAPC credentials (CCS/CPs), 2+ years of hospital coding, familiarity with CERNER/3M360 systems, and strong communication and time-management skills
