Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Pacific Time Zone

• Provide virtual comprehensive prenatal genetic counseling services for MFM practices in Northern California, serving a diverse patient population.
• Support results reporting program for multiple clients by providing results to patients using an innovative approach of genetic results reporting.
• Be able to provide direct patient care for a wide variety of complex indications from an extensive referral base.
• Engage in professional growth opportunities including writing abstracts and publications, physician education and other projects.
• Have access to the expertise of a nationwide organization of medical geneticists, biochemical and molecular geneticists, and over 100 counseling colleagues.

• Participate in educational and research initiatives within Labcorp.

• Master's degree in Human Genetics or Genetic Counseling.
• American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) certification or Active Candidate Status for ABGC.
• California Genetic Counselor license or ability to obtain prior to start date.

• 1 year or more experience of prenatal or reproductive genetic counseling post completion of Masters Degree.

• Highly organized, including excellent time management skills.
• Strong multi-tasking ability with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including:

Pay Range: $88,000 - $120,000 per year. All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
