Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Position Overview:

The BCBA will serve as a case supervisor within a center-based ABA program. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking to work in a team-oriented environment while maintaining an ethical caseload and contributing to meaningful client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical oversight and develop individualized treatment programs Supervise and support behavior technicians and clinical staff Collaborate with caregivers to promote long-term client success Participate in ongoing training and professional development Implement and expand knowledge of innovative ABA methodologies

Demonstrates leadership, initiative, and strong clinical judgment Interested in developing both clinical and supervisory skills Effective communicator and collaborator with staff and caregivers Passionate about improving client outcomes Committed to mentoring and developing other clinicians

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in psychology or a related field Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Experience with skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies Proven ability to lead and manage clinical team members
