Therapy 2000 is a home-based provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services serving families in the Greater Third Ward and Greater East End areas of Houston, TX. This position supports full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules and is based in our South Houston division.
You will perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations, develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans, and create home exercise programs with caregivers.
