Location:

Remote, anywhere within the United States.

Schedule:

Part‑time – may include evenings, overnights, and/or weekend shifts.

Regular set schedule includes every other Sunday from 1PM-10PM CST.

Join our telepharmacy team as a Remote Staff Pharmacist supporting multiple hospitals across several states.

You’ll use technology and clinical expertise to verify medication orders, support care teams, and ensure safe, high‑quality patient care from a fully remote environment.

• Complete remote order entry, order verification, and drug verification.
• Provide patient counseling when needed.
• Navigate multiple pharmacy information systems (PIS).
• Provide drug information and therapeutic guidance to providers.
• Assess medication appropriateness, dosing (including renal/hepatic adjustments), interactions, and compatibilities.
• Support specialized populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, pregnant/nursing patients, HIV, and those with renal/hepatic impairment.
• Maintain knowledge of IV therapies, TPN, cardiac/narcotic drips, IV antibiotics, chemotherapy, and related therapies.
• Document interventions and clinical actions accurately and promptly.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and patients.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, pharmacy laws, and client policies.
• Work across VPNs, automation systems, and multiple PIS platforms.
• Use applications such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Snagit.
• Participate in ongoing training (clinical, PIS, and policy updates) and meet productivity and quality standards.

• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy required;
  PharmD preferred.
• At least 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Active and in good standing Illinois state pharmacist license required.
• Must be willing to obtain additional state licenses (IN, KS, MO, IA).
• Strong clinical knowledge and comfort working across multiple systems.
• Ability to work part‑time hours that may include evenings, overnights, and/or weekends.

• Hourly rate of 54–91
  
  USD, depending on experience and geography.
• Eligibility to participate in an annual bonus plan.
