Responsibilities- Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions.
- Verify hard copy and digital prescriptions (Rxs).
- Communicate with healthcare professionals, patients, and technicians via phone and email.
- Supervise and execute incoming and outgoing prescription transfers.
- Meet all legal, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Embodify Anew Health’s core values in all communications and interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Active state license in state of residence.
- Experience with pharmacist verification work.
- Strong clinical judgement and expertise.
- Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa (a plus).
- Ability to work flexible schedules.
- Strong work ethic and collaboration with multiple partners.
- Exceptional customer‑care standards.
- High attention to detail and strong organization skills.
- Problem‑solving ability and multitasking.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Self‑starter with minimal supervision.
- Passion to help people.
This position is administrative in nature and requires the ability to hear, see, sit, stand, talk, and walk. Employees must also be able to commute to multiple site locations within the assigned territory and may be required to work extended hours as needed.
ScheduleFull‑time remote position with an average of 40 hours per week. Availability outside normal business hours may be required on an ad‑hoc basis.
