Actalent is hiring a Remote Pharmacy Technician to serve as the primary contact for home dialysis patients, handling orders and prescriptions in a fully remote setup based out of Indianapolis, IN.
You will verify customer information, ensure HIPAA compliance, and coordinate with internal teams to meet department goals while delivering excellent service. Minimum 2 years of clinical call center experience and active license/certification are required.
