Jewish Family Service of Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties is seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Director of Clinical Operations to lead and elevate their clinical programs in Somerville, NJ. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by overseeing the delivery of high-quality behavioral health and social services to individuals and families in the community. Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations across all service lines, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance
- Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development to licensed clinicians and support staff
- Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based clinical programs and treatment protocols
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and program growth initiatives
- Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation standards, and quality assurance metrics
- Ensure compliance with state licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements
- Maintain a clinical caseload and facilitate or supervise facilitation of groups
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Active NJ licensure (LCSW) required
- Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services nonprofit settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, case management, and trauma-informed care
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive program outcomes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
