Greenbrook Medical is seeking a Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist (Coder) to remotely support our U.S.
-based team. You will validate chart documentation, ensure accurate ICD-10 codes, and educate clinicians on HCC coding in a fast-paced care setting.
The role requires 3+ years of CMS-HCC risk adjustment and ICD-10 coding, CPC certification, and experience with both prospective and concurrent workflows. Competitive hourly compensation and benefits available.
