CSpring is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our Medicaid Pharmacy Customer Service Team in a fully remote role. You will handle advanced inbound inquiries about pharmacy coverage, claims, and pricing for Indiana members and providers.
Responsibilities include processing prior authorizations, organizing records, and communicating decisions with care. The ideal candidate has Indiana license, CPhT, and 1–2 years of pharmacy experience, plus strong MS Office skills.
