Licensed Psychologist Position

This position is ideal for a Licensed Psychologist interested in seeing patients in an outpatient clinic setting, being part of an integrated mental health team, and seeking opportunity to teach and train others.

Allina Health Champlin Clinic is a primary care clinic with other specialties, including mental health services. See patients in clinic Monday
- Friday during daytime hours, with the ability to work from home, no call time required. Ability to see adults, children, or the lifespan. Position provides opportunity to train psychology practicum students, interns, and post-doctoral fellows and attend monthly supervision/consultation meetings.

Principle responsibilities include:

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams.
• Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services (individual and family therapy).
• Engage patients' social supports to improve functioning and outcomes.
• Coordinate care with community providers and agencies; initiate referrals as needed.
• Train psychology practicum students, interns, and post-doctoral fellows and attend monthly supervision/consultation meetings.

Required qualifications:

• PsyD or PhD in clinical psychology required
• 2+ years patient treatment in clinical setting preferred
• BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support
  - Multisource required within 180 days
• Formal Training/Certification in a suicide prevention modality as applicable based on role within 90 days required

Preferred qualifications:

• 2+ years patient treatment in clinical setting

Licenses/Certifications:

• Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology required upon hire
• BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support
  - Multisource required within 180 Days
• Formal Training/Certification in a suicide prevention modality as applicable based on role within 90 Days required

Pay Range: $48.29 to $66.81 per hour. The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend, and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
