Curaleaf Clinic UK is recruiting an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist to support patients through their cannabis-based treatment journey. You will conduct video review appointments, ensure safe delivery of treatment plans, and work within clinical protocols and MDT guidance.
This role offers flexibility: remote UK, with 2–3 days per week on-site in Sunderland, plus options for hybrid working. GPhC registration with independent prescribing is required, plus interest in CBMPs and ongoing CPD
