Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Kansas, serving the Kansas City Metro areas. This full-time position offers a manageable caseload of 7–10 clients, giving you the time and space to deliver high-quality, individualized ABA services without the burnout that comes with oversized caseloads. Flexible hybrid and telehealth options allow you to balance in-person sessions with remote treatment planning, supervision, and family support.

Responsibilities- Carry a manageable caseload of 7–10 clients, with dedicated time for assessments, programming, and supervision
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in ABA principles
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track progress and guide clinical decision-making
- Provide direct behavioral services in person and via telehealth to children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff through in-person and remote coaching
- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, client-centered care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Central Reach in compliance with HIPAA requirements
- Participate in client intake and onboarding to ensure a thorough understanding of each individual’s needs
- Current BCBA certification required
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Kansas or Missouri, or ability to obtain
- Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and treatment plan modification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and HIPAA compliance

Starting at $100,000/year, depending on experience and credentials
