Key Autism Services is hiring BCBAs across the greater Atlanta region. We offer center-based, home-based, and/or hybrid roles with weekly work-from-home or telehealth opportunities.

Responsibilities

As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will conduct initial assessments and reassessments, write progress reports, and develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans. You will supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are followed, support families and caregivers in managing challenging behaviors, and teach replacement behaviors using ABA principles. Additional responsibilities include conducting functional assessments and functional analyses when needed, reviewing program effectiveness, making recommendations, monitoring data, and graphing progress.
