Equip is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to care for children and adults with eating disorders via our 100% virtual Telehealth platform. You will join a small, dedicated virtual treatment team and collaborate with a therapist, dietitian, peer mentor, and family mentor.
You must be licensed in a Pacific or Mountain state and bring 3+ years of outpatient experience with pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients.
