BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver home-based rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric clients in Massachusetts. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities include conducting home visits, developing care plans, and educating patients and families. A Massachusetts PT license and at least one year of home health experience are preferred.
