Fidelity Partners is seeking a licensed Dietitian to remotely provide as-needed licensed dietitian services and medical nutrition therapy for Lubbock SSLC residents, as directed by the Chief Clinical Dietitian. The Dietitian will perform nutrition screening, assessments, patient education, and documentation in the Clinical Record System, and prepare reports for each treatment episode.
The position is remote, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT, with up to 20 hours per week. Eligibility requires U.S.
