Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist with TN or GA licensure to provide remote, patient-facing pharmaceutical care. You will review care notes for prior authorizations, develop evidence-based protocols, and monitor adherence across oncology and other specialties.
Responsibilities include EMR evaluation, MTM, and collaboration with prescribers to optimize therapies. A background in specialty pharmacy and access to quality improvement initiatives is preferred.
