** Primary Functions & Responsibilities:
*** Orders and maintains par levels for inventory in the Surgical Services Department.
* Understands and adheres to the Ortho Virginia Performance Standards, Policies and Behaviors.
* Conducts inventory counts, orders, and restocks items on a daily basis.
* Communicating with established vendors and staff in the department leads to ordering and maintaining surgical supplies that best meet the needs of the organization.
* Oversee inventory and order additional products and supplies when needed.
* Evaluate the selection and shipping process and work to improve efficiency and minimize cost.
* Keep up to date with industry trends and update inventory as needed.
* Work closely with the Purchasing Director and Surgical Services Director to maximize profit.
