• Evaluates and treats patients in a Home Setting
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
• Having your own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor.

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy

• Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist.

PRN (As Needed) offers a flexible, per diem work schedule. As a PRN therapist with Sobe Rehab, you'll receive patient assignments based on referral volume and your availability, with the freedom to accept or decline cases.
