Flatrock Manor in Michigan is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support adults in our AFC homes. You will develop individualized behavior plans, assess needs, and lead interventions in a compassionate, person-centered way.
This hybrid role offers a Monday/Friday at-home schedule and a $10,000 sign-on bonus with milestones. You’ll train direct care staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote independence and dignity.
