Position: Home Health Physical Therapist (Contract).
Coverage Area: Apple Valley, CA (within a 10-mile radius from your home).
Job Type: Contract.

• Active California Physical Therapist license

• Current CPR certification

• Physical exam within the past year.
• Negative TB test

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.

• Provide in-home physical therapy for patients recovering from surgery or managing chronic conditions.
• Focus on balance, strength, range of motion, home safety, and equipment assessments

• Conduct 45-minute sessions
  , typically 2–3 visits per patient per week

• Use user-friendly software to document sessions and track progress.
• Handle a caseload of 1 to 7 patients weekly
  , depending on your availability.

• Mentorship Program: Be paired with a Senior PT for training and support.
• Ethical Practice: Join a team that prioritizes integrity, patient care, and clinician autonomy.
