Eleanor Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide MAT and telemedicine care for addiction and mental health patients. This is a remote, per diem role with no guaranteed hours, licensed in NC, TX, NJ, MA, OH, PA, or WA.
You will collaborate with the treatment team, ensure compliance with laws and CARF standards, and participate in CQI initiatives, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care across communities.
