MDS Solutions, a division of Key Rehabilitation, is seeking a Remote MDS Coordinator to plan, organize, and coordinate MDS completion with contract partners. This role offers a flexible, collaborative environment and a focus on Quality Resident Care.
Responsibilities include scheduling MDS, coordinating care plans with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring accurate documentation for appropriate reimbursement. RN experience and PDPM knowledge are preferred.
