Hennepin Healthcare’s Connection Center seeks a Connection Advisor Senior to join the team. This full-time remote role (80 hours per pay period) handles high-volume inbound calls, schedules appointments, verifies demographics and insurance, and resolves escalations using MyChart and the EHR system.
You will train, mentor junior staff, maintain performance standards, and work Monday–Friday days with training on campus for one week.
