What You’ll Do- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
- Provide individual and family therapy to patients (primarily ages 18+, includes lifespan) with diagnoses including general mental health and SMI.
- Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.
- Setting: 100% Remote | outpatient clinic based in Kansas
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/wk, with 3 days after 5pm CST required
- Appointments: 60–90 minutes for initial evaluations, 30–60 minutes for follow‑ups
- Administrative time: 1–2 hrs per week
- Caseload: 6–8 clients scheduled per day

- Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently licensed LSCSW.
- Active Kansas LSCSW license.
- Full‑time availability (40 hrs per week) during CST hours.
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
- Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with Smart Care is a plus).
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
