Position: Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) – Kansas license required

Compensation: $77,000/year

Location: Fully Remote – CST (U.S. only)

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy to patients (primarily ages 18+, includes lifespan) with diagnoses including general mental health and SMI.
• Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.

• Setting: 100% Remote | outpatient clinic based in Kansas
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/wk, with 3 days after 5pm CST required
• Appointments: 60–90 minutes for initial evaluations, 30–60 minutes for follow‑ups
• Administrative time: 1–2 hrs per week
• Caseload: 6–8 clients scheduled per day

• Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently licensed LSCSW.
• Active Kansas LSCSW license.
• Full‑time availability (40 hrs per week) during CST hours.
• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
• Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with Smart Care is a plus).
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
