PRN Clinical Pharmacist

The Clinical Pharmacist is expected to deliver on quality standards that allow us to ensure proper medication profiles are managed, reviewed, and verified. The Pharmacist is responsible for adhering to company policies and procedures and is expected to help build team capabilities through leadership skills and follow-up in a call center environment.

• Ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions
• Verification of hard copy and digital prescriptions (Rxs)
• Communication with healthcare professionals, patients, and technicians via phone and email
• Supervision and execution of incoming and outgoing prescription transfers
• Ensuring all legal, privacy, and compliance requirements are met

• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Active license in state of residence
• Experience with pharmacist verification work
• Clinical judgment and expertise
• Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa (a plus)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and strong work ethic
• Ability to collaborate with multiple partners and deliver exceptional customer care
• Strong attention to detail, high level of organization, and problem‑solving ability
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Self‑starter with little to no supervision needed
• Passion to help people

This is a part‑time, remote position with an expectation to work a set number of hours per week as assigned. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and may be adjusted as needed. May be necessary to work extended hours and to commute to multiple site locations within the assigned territory.
