Peak ENT Associates is seeking a Scheduler to be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring courteous, accurate scheduling and great patient experiences. Training will occur at our Provo office with eventual remote work as scheduling shifts expand.
You will handle calls, verify information, and coordinate with the medical team to optimize appointment availability while upholding HIPAA guidelines and delivering exceptional service.
