Amedisys is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide home-based rehabilitation services, helping patients maintain, restore, and improve movement and daily function. You will conduct regular reexaminations every 30 days and adjust treatment plans as needed, with discharge planning as part of care progression.
The role requires a state PT license, CAPTE-accredited education, and CPR certification. Experience in home health is preferred. Full-time daytime hours with benefits are offered.
