Recruit Secure is partnering with a large, non-profit healthcare organization to identify an experienced and accomplished Chief of Clinical Services with expertise in OPWDD to serve as the company’s senior clinical leader and will be a key member of its executive leadership team. This position can be remote but does require periodic visits to our offices in Spring Valley, NY

The Chief of Clinical Services (CCS) is responsible for leading the organization's clinical strategies and establishing policies, programs, and best practices to support the company's mission to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care. Additionally, the CCS is the company’s primary representative with government agencies, managed care organizations, and healthcare systems

The ideal candidate will be a transformational leader with expertise in population health management, risk stratification, clinical quality improvement, incident management, regulatory compliance, and systems-level healthcare operations and a record of driving clinical excellence across an organization.

Requirements/

Skills:
  • Experience in OPWDD, Health Home, Managed Care, or related healthcare settings.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience overseeing clinical teams and services.
  • Extensive knowledge of OPWDD systems (required), person-centered practices, population health management, and care coordination.
  • Strong understanding of clinical risk management, incident review processes, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Active New York State Clinical License required (RN, LCSW, LMHC, Psychologist, NP, or equivalent).
  • Master's degree in a clinical or healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in population health, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and clinical operations.
  • Experience working directly with OPWDD and other regulatory agencies preferred.
