Elara Caring is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality home-based therapy across our community. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate with physicians and families to ensure safe, effective therapy in the patient’s home.
The role requires licensing, at least one year of clinical experience, and willingness to travel up to 50% with a dependable vehicle; lifting up to 50 pounds is expected. Competitive compensation is offered with benefits.
