Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a Chaplain to provide home-based spiritual care to terminally ill patients and their families. The role includes assessing spiritual needs, offering counseling, and facilitating connections with clergy and pastoral resources.
You will be a core member of the Interdisciplinary Group/Team (IDG/IDT) to support holistic patient care. The ideal candidate has a denominational affiliation in good standing, and holds or is pursuing a Master of Divinity or equivalent.
