Pro Health Home Health and Hospice is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide intermittent home-based therapy under physician orders and with supervision from the Director of Clinical Services/Nursing Supervisor.
The OT will conduct initial evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver prescribed therapies to improve or maintain patients’ functional abilities in their own homes. Responsibilities include documentation, collaboration with physicians, and staff supervision as assigned.
