This is an In-Home position, allowing you to work directly with children and families in their own environments.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay: $20.50 - $22.50 per hour based on experience and completion of RBT certification

Responsibilities
  • Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children
  • Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives
  • Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
  • Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
  • Work with children to promote continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness
  • Celebrate victories and milestones with children and families
Required Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
