Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team for our PHP/IOP program in MONROE TOWNSHIP, NJ (00831)! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. We are a small mental health PHP/IOP, founded by a double board certified psychiatrist, that is singularly focused on delivering excellent and ethical care to our clients! Our success is based on our dedication to patient care, not only the 'bottom line'.

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide group and individual therapy for adults and teens
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient notes and treatment plan
• Perform wellness checks as needed
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
• Current LAC, LSW, LPC or LCSW
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification preferred
